Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Trenton, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining inventory accuracy while supporting operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to ensuring inventory processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking and updating stock levels regularly.

- Conduct annual physical inventory checks to ensure all assets are accounted for.

- Prepare and review inventory reports to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.

- Collaborate with assembly line teams to monitor inventory usage and replenish stock as needed.

- Assist in organizing and labeling inventory to optimize accessibility and workflow.

- Monitor inventory tracking systems to ensure consistent and precise updates.

- Investigate and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies.

- Support the implementation of inventory control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely restocking and inventory management. Requirements - Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.

- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and software.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to perform physical inventory tasks, including lifting and moving items.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and departments.

- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing inventory reports.

- Knowledge of assembly line operations is a plus.
