We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in the Scientific industry. This is a permanent, on‑site position that plays a critical role in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all supply chain operations.

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year.

• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
• Develop and implement effective demand planning strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage warehouse operations to ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient storage practices.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Identify and implement cost‑reduction strategies to optimize resources and increase profitability.
• Coordinate production planning to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products.
• Collaborate with various departments, including production, sales, and finance, to forecast needs and plan supply chain activities accordingly.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Continually assess supply chain performance and implement improvements as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the scientific industry.
• Proven experience in procurement, demand planning, warehouse management, handling purchase orders, cost reduction, and production planning.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different departments.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and other relevant IT systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve supply chain issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Thorough understanding of supply chain processes and best practices in the scientific industry.
• Certification in supply chain management or related field is an added advantage.
