Personal Injury Attorney

A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney in Trenton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in personal injury law, including trial experience. The role offers the opportunity to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity.

• Represent clients in auto, slip and fall, medical malpractice, construction litigation, truck, and premises liability cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend trials and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

• Minimum of three years of experience in personal injury law.
• Trial experience is essential.
• Willingness to work onsite or in a hybrid model.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in NJ.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
