• Negotiate and draft multi‑million dollar licensing and service agreements with leading healthcare organizations worldwide.
• Forge and manage relationships with vendors, industry collaborators, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks, including privacy, intellectual property, corporate, employment, and regulatory risk matters.
• Oversee litigation management and support the legal team in resolving complex business challenges.
• Own challenging projects and contribute to Epic’s growth in new global markets.

• Strong academic and professional legal background.
• Detail‑oriented, creative mind with excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivated to learn about intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
