Job SummaryAs a Reporting Analyst, you will work with stakeholders to analyze reporting needs and design solutions. This is a 1-year, hybrid contract in Trenton, NJ.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team in Trenton, NJ. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys leveraging technical expertise to enhance business processes. You'll be responsible for scripting, automation, and integration tasks while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize reporting workflows.
Only work authorizations that will not require sponsorship now or in the future will be considered. This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be currently located a commutable distance to Trenton.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain scripts for Jira workflows to streamline reporting and automation processes
- Implement and manage automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Integrate reporting tools and platforms to ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze reporting needs and design solutions that align with business objectives
- Leverage Power Platform tools to develop and enhance reporting capabilities
- Optional (but advantageous):
Utilize Project Online to support project management reporting requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Jira workflow scripting and automation
- Hands‑on expertise in scripting, automation, and integration processes
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools for reporting and automation
- Demonstrated business reporting and analytics experience within Power BI and Jira
- Experience with Project Online is a plus
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

Compensation$80.00 - $85.00 per hour
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
