Job Title:Sales Architect / Technical Sales – Software Engineering & Agentic Solutions
Location: Preferably New Jersey, USA Employment Type: Full-Time
Role OverviewWe are urgently seeking a high-impact Sales Architect / Technical Sales with a strong technical foundation in Application Development of cloud solutions and legacy modernization
, combined with expertise in Agentic AI solutions
. This is a Sales Architect / Technical Sales role focused on driving strategic growth, solutioning, and client engagement—not traditional sales. The ideal candidate will come from top-tier firms, and will bring a consultative mindset, technical credibility, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
- Own and grow practice revenue with quarterly TCV targets
- Build strategic relationships with client, account teams
- Travel extensively across customer locations to create proactive solutions and deals
- Lead RFPs response, guide solution teams, articulate value propositions
- Lead solutioning conversations around Native cloud application development, Software Product Development, Legacy Modernization, and Agentic/ Gen AI across industries such as Banking, Insurance, Life sciences, and Manufacturing
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and innovation teams to craft compelling proposals and architectures.
- Drive pipeline generation through thought leadership, client workshops, and executive-level engagement.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into business value for customers.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in software engineering
- 12+ years of experience with a strong technology focus with experience in similar role
- Proven track record in technical sales, solution architecture, or client partner roles.
- Deep understanding of either of the industries – Banking, Insurance, Lifesciences, Manufacturing or media
- Hands-on experience with developing custom cloud native solutions, digital products, Agentic solutions
- Experience on cloud ecosystems (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Background in top-tier tech or consulting firms
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
