Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Pega Business Analyst
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in business analysis
• Expertise in Use Case Development (minimum of 4 cases)
• Demonstrated experience as a Pega Business Architect for a minimum of 4 years
• Ability to manage functional requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience participating in an Agile software development environment
• Strong skills in documenting requirements, functional designs, and leading test execution
• Proficient in business process modeling and change management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• IT technical background is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication between members with varying technical expertise
• Collaborate closely with Business Product Owners and stakeholders to gather user stories and translate them into business requirements
• Exercise creativity and initiative to develop innovative solutions
• Understand the business vision and align it with technological impacts and solutions
• Work with technology teams to develop solutions that address business needs
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Fulfill multiple roles as needed throughout project life cycles
• Partner with stakeholders to comprehend and address business challenges
• Capture functional software requirements and convert them into user stories
• Coordinate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to facilitate backlog reviews
• Participate in Agile sprints and assist with planning activities
• Define solution acceptance criteria and support software testing processes
• Publish software release notes and maintain product documentation
• Develop and update solution training materials
• Integrate best practices into existing workflows
• Support customer success initiatives and provide training as required
• Create wireframe designs for functional requirements
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
