Search & Retrieval Specialist

Provides search and retrieval services for clients in the title, legal, and lending industries. Responsible for completing litigation and records searches accurately and on time, using internal databases and public websites. Delivers results to clients while maintaining high customer service standards.

• Conduct litigation and records searches using proprietary databases and state/local websites
• Process and manage orders independently within required timelines (24–72 hours)
• Update order status in the OMS system
• Prepare and deliver accurate search reports according to client instructions
• Communicate order status, delays, or issues to clients promptly
• Respond to client inquiries and resend reports when requested
• Maintain high accuracy and quality in all search results
• Coordinate with vendors as needed to complete searches
• Assist team members in other areas when workload allows
• Provide 100% onsite support

• Meets deadlines and service commitments

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an office environment
