- Collaborate with Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, maintain, and update designated products
- Embrace new technology while leveraging core strengths in customer service and support
- Play a key role in launch of new medical imaging system products in the US market
- Continuously build competence in providing technical assistance and support to customers
- Escalate challenges promptly to ensure rapid issue resolution and high customer satisfaction
- Responsible for installation of UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in designated geographic region
- Attend service training courses overseas and in the US, and work toward completion of the UIH Professional Certificate
- Remote field service engineer; must reside in or near the posting location (Trenton, NJ)
- Associate degree in a technical field and/or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET‑CT, X‑ray, etc.) and prior relevant experience preferred
- Previous field service experience managing a geographic territory with strong troubleshooting of hardware, mechanical, and software systems
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and network communication and connectivity
- Strong verbal and written customer communication skills
- Team‑oriented mindset focused on customer success
- Superb customer‑facing skills with the ability to build rapport and earn respect from stakeholders and contractors
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
- Willingness to travel extensively (at least 75%) for customer support and training
