• Assigned the task to analyze, define and document the detailed business requirements for various high profile initiatives. The initiatives include;
  1) Analyzing IT Asset management tools. Working with the vendor to complete the Proof of concept, working on requirements and implementation details for procurement systems and the Asset management too with the chosen vendor.
• 2) Define the requirements and implement a complete asset management system that will track all hardware/devices, software and licenses.

Skills Required

Business Analyst II with strong IT background

Experience Required

10+years’ experience as BA, (please list # years’ experience) Must have previous ITAM (IT Asset Management) experience

Experience Preferred

Prior experience with Service Now software & tools.

Education Required

Bachelors or higher
