Oracle Specialist/ Consultant, IT Consultant, Systems Analyst, Cloud Computing
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Architect to lead and support complex integration initiatives across enterprise applications. This role will focus on designing, developing, and managing integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Azure integration services. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of HCM modules and architectural best practices to ensure holistic and compliant solutions within the enterprise environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand internal and external application integration requirements with Oracle Cloud
- Participate in requirements gathering and analysis with a focus on technical feasibility and downstream system impact
- Analyze existing enterprise architecture and evaluate appropriate technologies and frameworks
- Design technical solutions including logical integration diagrams and architecture blueprints
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and comply with Oracle SaaS and PaaS design principles
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex technical problems
- Provide technical guidance to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and fit within the overall ERP ecosystem
- Understand business problems and recommend solutions with a long-term perspective
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 5–6 years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
- Strong integration experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Azure integration services
- Solid understanding of Core HR, Compensation, and Recruitment modules within Oracle HCM Cloud
- Proficiency in creating HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing experience
Skills:
- Exposure to additional Oracle ERP modules and enterprise SaaS/PaaS integration strategies
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM or Oracle Integration Cloud (optional but preferred)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline
