BCBA Supervisor - Flywheel Centers (Hybrid/Remote, NJ)
$85-$100/hr | Full-Time or Part-Time | No Waitlist | Supportive Clinical Culture

We're hiring BCBAs across New Jersey, with immediate needs in Edison, Morristown, Voorhees, and surrounding areas
. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, center-based or in-home opportunities, we'll build a caseload that matches your strengths and schedule.

As a BCBA Supervisor at Flywheel Centers, you'll play a critical leadership role in delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA care. You'll work closely with your clients, their families, and your clinical teammates to promote real progress - not just check boxes.

You’ll also collaborate with your Regional Clinical Director, RBTs, and the Quality Assurance team to ensure services are compliant, ethical, and family‑focused.

• Competitive Salary: $95K-$115K/year depending on experience, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus ($2,500 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months).
• Clinic‑Based Support: Fully center‑based with all clinical work happening in a professional, collaborative clinic—no driving between multiple locations.
• Full Clinical Team: Every BCBA has a dedicated BCBA Supervisor and a hands‑on Clinical Director. You’re never alone.
• BT Liaison Assistance: Our liaison team handles scheduling and communication so you can focus on clients and supervision.
• QA & Goal Banks: Access robust QA systems and extensive goal banks for seamless planning and documentation.

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
