Mental Health Peer Advocate opportunity available for PACT program in Burlington, NJ.
Responsibilities- Provide onsite support services to Mental Health population.
- Participate in treatment planning, ongoing assessment and discharge review.
- Maintain documentation and records.
- Develop Wellness Action Recovery (WRAP) Plans with program participants.
Monday-8a-4p, Tuesday-8a-4p, Wednesday-10a-6p, Thursday-8a-4p, Friday-8a-4p 40 hours per week.
QualificationsBA in Human Services.
CompensationUp to $26/hr.
