Tax Manager

-is expanding its international tax capability and is seeking a Tax Manager to join their growing team.

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of U.S. corporate and international tax engagements.
• Advise clients on cross-border structuring, inbound/outbound planning, and global tax developments.
• Review complex returns, international reporting (GILTI, Subpart F, FTC, BEPS-related matters), and corporate filings.
• Research tax implications of acquisitions, reorganizations, restructurings, and other strategic transactions.
• Mentor, develop, and support junior tax staff.
• Work directly with clients who value long-term, relationship-driven advisory support.

• 5+ years of Corporate and/or International Tax experience
• CPA, JD, or Master's in Tax preferred
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. international tax rules (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, FTCs)
• Prior public accounting experience
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience
