A leading manufacturing company near Trenton, NJ is looking to hire a Controller to support growth and expand the business.

• Oversee and analyze financial performance, comparing actual results to budget and forecasts.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with management to interpret results, make informed decisions, and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to mitigate risks and maximize profitability.

• Consolidate financial data from multiple entities, including international subsidiaries.
• Dual reporting experience is a must
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for various stakeholders, including management and external auditors.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information, including budgets, forecasts, and actual results.
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Manage and oversee the accounting team, including A/P, A/R, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and maintenance of financial records.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Provide support to various departments on accounting and financial matters.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Advise and support all levels of the organization on financial matters.
• Protect sensitive financial information and maintain strict confidentiality.

• Previous Manufacturing industry experience
• Dual Reporting experience
• SOX Compliance experience

$160,000 to $200,000 annually

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
