THE TYPE OF QUALITY MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing quality management
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO standards
  • Experience with special processes (e.g., heat treat, NDT, chemical processing)
  • Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, Control Plans, Gage R&R, SPC
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR QUALITY MANAGER

As a Quality Manager, you lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in strict adherence to AS9100 and NADCAP requirements. Your day begins with overseeing internal and external audits, including the critical NADCAP special process audits. You focus on developing and maintaining quality documentation, procedures, and control plans, ensuring everything is up to standard. When quality issues arise, you drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using methodologies like 8D and 5-Why.

Throughout the day, you collaborate closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to resolve any quality concerns, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
