Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

RATE: $17- $20 Per Hour

Customer service experience preferred!

We are seeking a full-time Concierge to ensure the highest quality interaction with our lovely residents at all times. We are looking for a polished individual with great energy, who enjoys working with the geriatric population and can provide a great customer service experience while using discretion at all times.

This is a full-time position with benefits and company perks.

  • Clear and confident speaking voice
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both orally and in written communication.
  • Have excellent follow-up skills
  • Actively greet and welcome all new arrivals with warmth and kindness
  • Meet with residents on a daily basis
  • Must be alert and attention to details, situations, and emergencies
  • Tour the facility to prospective residents and family members
  • Respond to all residents, family members, and team members’ requests in a polite, professional, and timely fashion.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Administrator in a timely manner.
Requirements

2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a health care setting.
