A customer service company in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist in answering busy phone lines, return client calls, and help with background checks. The ideal candidate should be bilingual, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable with data entry tasks. This role includes assisting with Housing Assistance Applications and responding to inquiries from landlords and tenants.

A good understanding of DCA and HUD regulations is preferred.
