DSO Practitioners are the primary change enablers of Bayer's journey in ensuring we are a high performing organization, through adapting how we work in line with DSO principles. The purpose of the role is to enable teams build on their know-how and capability to accelerate dynamic shared ownership with focus on improving business performance and creating exceptional value for our customers and stakeholders.
The preference is for this role to be based in Whippany, NJ.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Play the lead role energizing and engaging one or more entrepreneurial teams to transform as a team, transform its operating model, and deliver new levels of performance
- Participate in the mini-pod serving those entrepreneurial teams, and help with the development and implementation of one part of an effective acceleration plan for org unit the mini-pod serves
- Contributes to one part of a primary DSO knowledge / capability initiative or DSO community (network leaders, entrepreneurial leaders, champions)
- Participate in the practitioner home and be an active learner in the practitioner development journey and in being mentored by a more experienced practitioner to proficiency at the Core level
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications- 2 years+ of practice as a DSO champion, coach, catalyst or architect
- Minimum of 3+ years business operations experience
- Good grasp of the DSO principles
- Strong business understanding, knowledge and passion for driving DSO impact
- Good facilitation skills both virtual and in person
- Proven interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships and influence behavior to drive desired change
- Project and time management skills
- Good communication skills, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, managing leadership teams and transformation projects is a plus
- Demonstrates resilience and creativity in executing responsibilities, capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Commercial Experience
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 142811. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
