Job Title: Environmental Program Specialist

Location: Trenton, NJ 08625

Shift Time: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Reviewing files, organizing, and scanning for uploading.
• Assisting with meeting EPA reporting requirements and facilitating project submission through the SRF process.
• Assisting with the completion and processing of grant applications.
• Receives, reviews, and keeps organized, disbursement settlement applications and payments
• Assisting with preparing and developing reports or queries to assist with data interpretation.
• Performs routine, repetitive, clerical work of a varied nature; does other related duties as required.
• Maintains & prepares mailing lists & files.
• Addresses & mails department correspondence.
• Gives information according to department regulations, in person and by telephone.
• Operates office machines and equipment.
• Will be required to learn various types of office programs & software necessary to perform duties.

• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access, or other data processing applications. Coursework or a background in finances would also be an asset.
• BS in Science/Environmental fields/.
