Program Management Officer - Hybrid

We are hiring a Program Management Officer - Hybrid for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ
.

• Provide technical assistance to grantee holders in areas of their contract, grant preparation, monitoring and evaluation of their program areas.
• Provide recommendations for contract/grant approval to supervisory staff, such as billing and best practices.
• In charge of grantee fiscal administration, budget review and approval, grantee reimbursement and ensuring all program quantitative data is updated and accurate.
• Oversee program areas and develop ways to expand services.

• The ability to pay attention to detail is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a team and independently.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams.
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AOSOS, IGX.

• Minimum of two years of experience involving contract/grant work.

• 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Lunch hour (unpaid): 30 minutes

• Dress code:
  Business Casual
• Work remotely 2 days and in the office 3 days

  Available
