Overview

To assist in the daily operations by processing both incoming and outgoing mail communications.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Sort document and prep for scanning.
  • Received mailings on CD(s)/ Flash Drive(s), process accordingly.
  • Copies or scans materials as instructed.
  • Printing documents as needed.
  • Sorting, looking up, and counting various documents.
  • Print, copy, fax documents.
  • Cover the reception desk as needed.
  • Fold letters and stuff envelopes as needed.
  • Opens incoming mail and process it accordingly as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as directed by Document Management Lead or Manager.
Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, at a mid- level or above
  • Organizational skills
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attentive to details
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Demonstrate ability to do multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and successfully fulfill work assignments.
  • Proficient computer skills (create folders, open attachments, drag/drop PDF’s, open/download information from CD’s & flash drives)
Education, Experience And Training
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous experience with Document Handling
  • Prior experience in performing office-related tasks such as faxing, emailing, and scanning documents.
Physical Demands
  • Carrying, lifting, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time.
