Our Shift Lead associates play a central role in bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and a vibrant ambiance.

• Some high school education
• Some operations experience preferred; food safety experience a plus

Food Handler certification required. Candidates must meet all benefit eligibility requirements while employed.

While performing duties, counter areas are hot with steam and food vapors. The workspace is restricted, requiring employees to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and reach across 36‑inch counter tops. The environment is fast‑paced, noisy, and requires rapid but accurate food preparation and effective verbal communication. Employees must adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts or difficult situations.
