Responsibilities
Project management & onboarding:
Introducing ADDITIVE+ APPS to new customers, organizing the entire process up to the campaign launch
Customer analysis & communication:
Preparing evaluations for customer meetings and internal project team meetings
Content & analysis:
Coordinating content procurement and implementation, and preparing reports
Support & Knowledge Management:
Management of support tickets and maintenance of internal and external knowledge databases
Customer Loyalty & Growth:
Participation in the expansion of existing customer relationships, including potential analysis of cross‑selling and upselling
Must Haves
You are a communicative person who enjoys explaining and structuring things and getting people on board. With your organizational skills, you can keep track of even the most dynamic projects and always find a solution. Initial experience in tourism or online marketing will help you understand our customers' world. Your interest in software and digital trends makes you the driving force between marketing and technology, where customer success is created.
You also have very good language skills in German and English, Italian is a plus. Above all, you are eager to learn and develop together with us.
