We are seeking a reliable and honest Master Automotive Technician who is mature and eager to grow in their career. Our shop is well-organized and efficient, ensuring profitability for both the company and our technicians.

• Workdays are Monday through Thursday with an hour lunch break.

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, service, and overhaul vehicle problems and maintenance.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and other repairs on various automotive vehicles.
• Utilize electronic diagnostic equipment to identify issues and determine appropriate repairs.
• Maintain records of repairs, work orders, and time worked.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Properly use and maintain shop equipment.

• ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to clearly demonstrate physical and mental capability to perform detailed repairs.
• Strong diagnostic skills with experience in drivability diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and various repairs.
• Possess necessary hand tools to perform duties efficiently.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and produce a minimum of 30 hours of billable work.
• Strong communication skills to explain work needed and understand instructions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and attend training classes.

• Wages ranging from $30 to $60 ($62,000 to $124,000 a year) or more, with realistic bonuses.
• $1,000 sign-on bonus.
