Location: Abercanaid Community School, The Park, Abercanaid, Merthyr Tydfil, CF48 1SZ

Catering Grade: Grade 2 SCP 6 – £25,989 per annum pro rata (41.37% of £25,989 = £10,752 per annum pro rata)

• Ordering, preparation, cooking and service of meals complying with all legislative requirements and the standards set out in the Catering Contract.
• Organisation, supervision and training of catering staff to provide a quality service to customers in a safe working environment.
• Compliance with all administrative and financial procedures set out in the Contract specification.
• Potential for 5 hours per week as Breakfast Club Assistant.

• Valid Level II hygiene certificate essential.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Ability to speak Welsh desirable.
• Required to complete a 10‑hour online Work Welsh Course (Parts 1 and
  2) and evidence prior to starting work.
• Evidence of all essential qualifications must be provided.
