Gradd 5 £ 29,540 - £32,597 (Pro rata)

About the School

Ysgol Gymraeg Tredegar is a newly established Welsh‑medium seedling school affiliated with Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Helyg. The school is located in a modern purpose‑built facility designed to provide an exceptional learning environment. The building incorporates sustainable design elements, creating a safe, inspiring and forward‑thinking setting for pupils and staff alike. We are seeking committed professionals who share our vision of delivering high‑quality Welsh‑medium education and fostering a positive, inclusive school community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming and efficient main reception service for visitors, staff and learners.
  • Ensure full compliance with child protection and health and safety procedures in a school environment.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support and maintain strong ICT skills.
  • Multitask effectively and manage situations in a professional manner.
  • Work flexibly and be available for additional hours for after‑school events and occasional meetings.
Qualifications
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Fully conversant with child protection and health and safety procedures.
  • Strong ICT skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure.
  • Flexibility, confidence and creativity in working with colleagues and families.
