Candour Talent are recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in Tredegar.

From £26,500 DOE NEG
- Keep in contact with customers via phone and email
- Proactively contact lapsed customers to generate interest in product range
- Proactively contact new customers to introduce product range
- Update and maintain customer database
- Keep up to date with the company's product offering
- Respond to incoming enquiries via phone and email – taking messages and escalating issues as required
- Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated and proactive approach to managing workload
- Reliable with a good work ethic
