Our client is looking for an office-based Customer Service Representative with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude to join their team based in Tredegar.

The Role:

* Keep in contact with customers via phone and email

* Proactively contact lapsed customers to generate interest in product range

* Proactively contact new customer to introduce product range

* Update and maintain customer database

* Keep up to date with company’s product offering

* Respond to incoming enquires via phone and email – taking messages and escalating issues as required

The Ideal Candidate :

* Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills

* Self-motivated and proactive approach to managing workload

* Reliable with a good work ethic
