Customer Service / Office Administration
This role is a Full-Time office-based position. Primacare is a Specialist Seating Manufacturer in Rhymney South Wales.
We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, that is confident to handle customer enquiries, sales orders, quotations, returns and general office administration, helping us deliver excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting
- Process sales orders, quotations, and returns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills - Essential
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask - Essential
- A proactive team player who can work independently - Essential
- Experience of a manufacturing environment - Desirable
