Job Description:

Cintas is seeking a CDL Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for accurately transporting clean items from a processing plant to a branch location and soiled products from a branch location to a processing plant in a truck every day. Shuttle Drivers are also responsible for loading and unloading the clean and soiled items from the truck with assistance from other employees.

They are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

• Transport clean items and soiled products daily between processing plant and branch locations.

• Load and unload items from the truck.

• Maintain cleanliness of work area.

• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a valid DOT physical certificate.
• Adhere to attendance policy and be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• May handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors with appropriate protective equipment.
• Requires stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching and lifting or moving materials during the shift.
• Has attention to detail, work ethic, integrity, safety orientation, independence, judgment, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
