As a Job Coach
, you'll work directly with our team members to support them in community-based jobs and skill-building experiences. You'll teach, encourage, and guide individuals as they learn new tasks, gain confidence, and experience the pride of earning a paycheck. Whether coaching one-on-one or in a small group of 4–5 individuals, your work will make a lasting impact - helping others grow their independence, relationships, and sense of accomplishment.
- Support and coach individuals at their job sites or in small group settings.
- Model and teach work and social skills to promote success and inclusion.
- Provide encouragement, feedback, and hands‑on support to help each person achieve their goals.
- Monitor quality and ensure work meets GTI standards.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and empowering environment for everyone.
- Part‑time:
Up to 28 hours per week - Starting pay: $16.00–$19.50/hour
- Flexible scheduling and meaningful, mission‑driven work
- Paid training and opportunities for advancement
GTI offers certification through the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP). Complete all three certification levels and receive a $3,900 bonus while advancing your career in human services!

- Support individuals in the community, in their job, or at their jobs (enclaves or facility based)
- Teach skills to expand a person's independence and progress toward goals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Administer medications
- Support individuals with hygiene and skill building
- Provide transportation with a company vehicle
- Document program data at each shift and coordinate with all program staff
- Provides and assists with job development or placement activities as directed.
- Any other duties assigned
- Desire to work in a team environment, even when supporting someone individually
- Ability to work independently
- Treat people with kindness, not cruel or harsh, showing compassion (gentle teaching philosophy)
- A level of integrity that motivates doing the right thing, even when no one is watching
- Ability to be flexible and handle change well
- A good track record of attendance and an understanding of the importance of consistency for the people we support
- High school diploma or above and must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
