Delta Workforce is hiring a 1st shift maintenance technician in Traverse City
Hours: 7AM - 3:30 PM (Slow times) 5AM - 3:30 PM (Busy Times)
Summary
:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Conduct welding and plumbing tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot then repair electrical systems, including wiring.
- Maintain and repair pneumatic systems.
- Utilize computer systems for maintenance records and work orders.
- Work independently and efficiently to complete tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- 3+ Years of experience
- Proficiency in welding, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems and basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
