AE - Sales Leader

Overview

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through an outstanding in-store guest experience, and help the Store Leadership Team maximize business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• You are a people leader: motivate and inspire the team through AEO s core values, model leadership, and uphold service standards on the Sales floor and in the fitting room.
• You have an eye for talent and a love of training: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs; train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching, and celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement.
• You are a visual & operational innovator: execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity is your priority: maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards and company policies, and act with integrity at all times.
