Gameday Men's Health was established to help men optimize their hormone levels and recover from low testosterone, enabling them to live life on their own terms. Our services include Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), weight loss, HGH therapy, and IV nutrients. Our programs are designed for busy men, allowing treatments to be administered at home or on the go.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Gameday Men's Health in Traverse City, MI. The LPN will assist in administering TRT, weight loss, HGH, and IV therapies under the guidance of the medical provider. Daily tasks include patient consultations, performing blood tests, monitoring patient progress, and providing patient education. The LPN will also ensure adherence to high-quality standards and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Experience in administering injections, IVs, and performing blood tests
• Strong patient communication and consultation skills
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating patient records
• Knowledge of hormone therapy and weight management is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• CPR certification is preferred
