What We’re Looking For- BSN
- MHA, MBA or MSN completed in 5 years
- Minimum of 3 years of operating room nursing experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in an operating room setting (charge nurse, educator, manager).
- Lead the team where people do their best, and engage with a care team to address OR efficiencies.
- Promote and maintain patient‑centered outcomes that are culturally sensitive and inclusive.
- Direct and evaluate patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to regulations and clinical guidelines.
- Empower nurses to be accountable for patient outcomes, providing leadership in setting nursing practice standards.
- Establish a culture of safety and report liability risks.
