Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic
Position is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. We provide relocation assistance.
Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on potential risk areas such as regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You will assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high-stakes proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

Qualifications:
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
- Jurisdiction knowledge in relevant areas (e.g., regulatory, competition, healthcare).
