Operating in over 15 states, our client base ranges from Fortune 500/1000 companies to mid‑small range companies. For the majority of the mid‑small range companies, we are exclusively used due to our outstanding staffing track record.

Conexess is a full‑service staffing firm offering contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct placements. We have a wide range of recruiting capabilities, from help desk technicians to CIOs. We are also capable of offering project‑based work.

As a Data Architect, you will join a world‑class, high‑functioning team to design and deliver Client IP by leveraging data as a strategic asset. You will architect and scale our agency master data to provide data products that support our VIE (Vehicle Intelligence Engine). Using industry‑leading tools and an internally engineered system, our Data Factory platform includes data processing & data warehousing, services, and APIs.

In this role, you are responsible for guiding decisions, influencing vision, and supporting the ongoing scaling of Our Agency Data Products and Master Data.

• Elicit, analyze and clarify business requirements to translate them into technical requirements for data and master data rules.
• Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive Agency Data Model, Data Mapping and Non‑Functional Requirements Set to ensure consistent and accurate agency data usage across all our platforms and systems.
• Provide architecture expertise to help recommend and guide the implementation of a solution built to allow robust data products that will support operational and analytic and AI/ML products.
• Engage with business stakeholders and data stewards to facilitate decision‑making processes and foster a deeper understanding of data.
• Drive innovation in data architecture, fostering the creation of Client intellectual property, ensuring differentiation from our competitors, and impacting business growth and resilience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of increasingly responsible experience as a Data Architect. Experience with Agency Data would be particularly helpful.
• Experience with design, modeling, and requirements development for Master Data Domains.
• In‑depth understanding of database structure principles.
• Experience analyzing large data sets from diverse domains.
• Experience in modeling ontologies and taxonomies.
• Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.
• Understanding of predictive modeling, NLP and text analysis, Machine Learning.
