• Reporting to the Director of Home Care, you will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of Home Care offices, ensuring regulatory compliance (Medicare, Medicaid, CHAP), managing budgets and setting and meeting key performance indicators.
• Hire and supervise field clinicians and office support staff, direct Clinical Supervisors, participate in an on‑call rotation and lead quality improvement and compliance activities.

• Education & Licensure: Master’s in Health Administration, Nursing, Physical or Occupational Therapy preferred; current Michigan RN license or PT/OT license in good standing.
• Experience: 8 years clinical (PT/OT or RN) experience, including 2 years acute care and 3 years home care/hospice; in‑depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations; CHAP standards preferred.
