Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop, evaluate, and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support manufacturing operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Support new product introductions by defining manufacturing requirements and developing robust production processes.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, optimize processes, and reduce waste.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably high-volume production.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
- Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Experience with automation, robotics, or PLC programming in a manufacturing setting.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen‑Bradley) or robotic systems.
- Experience with advanced CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software or data visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI).
