  • BLS and ACLS certifications (Required)
• State License:
  • Active Michigan state license and Michigan Controlled Substance Registration (Required)
  • Not accepting IMLC candidates
• Experience:
  • Clean background (Required for emergency privileging)
  • Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred
• Additional:
  • Rates and exact availability must be provided at the time of submission
