Based in Grand Rapids, we are actively expanding into Northern Michigan and are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager.

We have multiple exciting projects lined up for 2026 in areas like Elk Lake, Harbor Springs, Bay Harbor, Charlevoix, and Traverse City, and we are looking for someone who is ready to take an impactful step in their career with a growing organization.

• Chance to be on the ground‑floor of a proven builder who has multiple projects set for 2026, and is looking to expand significantly in the coming years.
• Be the “tip of the spear” for exciting luxury projects in a growing Northern Michigan market.
• Work with and learn from an engaged and experienced team, with some of the best systems that can be found in the luxury homebuilding space.
• Opportunity to continue to grow in Northern Michigan, or pivot into a role near our headquarters in Grand Rapids.

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Hands‑on oversight and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
• Utilize Builder Trend software for project planning and tracking.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Along with office‑based Project Manager, oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
• Implement time‑management strategies to optimize workflow and efficiency on‑site.

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple luxury projects simultaneously is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Builder Trend is preferred.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to visualize project outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability in project coordination within a construction site environment.
• Exceptional time‑management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
