Once a product concept and recipe are approved, this position ensures all downstream activities are delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with brand, operational, and commercial objectives.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between R&D, Marketing, and Operations for all new product initiatives.
  • Lead cross‑functional timelines, meetings, and communication to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Translate final R&D outputs (recipes, formulations, specifications) into actionable operational and marketing plans.
  • Oversee development of all new product packaging, including bottles, cans, closures, labels, cartons, and secondary packaging.
  • Manage vendor coordination for packaging components, samples, and approvals.
  • Ensure packaging meets regulatory, operational, and brand standards.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive product briefs outlining product positioning, brand messaging, operational needs, and SKU requirements.
  • Align Marketing and Operations on timelines, technical specifications, and launch deliverables.
  • Support launch planning and internal communication for new product rollouts.
Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Food & Beverage, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, operations, or cross-functional project management.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines and coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
  • Experience in beverage, food & beverage, CPG, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with packaging development and vendor coordination.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for alcoholic and non-alcoholic products.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite) for SKU setup, BOMs, and production readiness.
Benefits
