Job SummaryResponsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will report to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Auris products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the PDM.
You will also train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
- Prospect new clients into our payroll/HCM services realm.
- Maintain client records in the CRM (currently Atlas) with call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information and other relevant data.
- Achieve minimum production requirements, setting first‑time appointments to secure a win.
- Continuously build knowledge of the product/service portfolio and industry developments.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leadership.
- Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
- Provide status updates to the reporting PDM.
- Other responsibilities assigned as needed.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment background check.
- Resident of the area relative to the job posting location.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Incentive‑driven sales “hunter.”
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interactions.
- Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results.
- Ability to be in the field 50% of the time.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least six years of relevant experience.
- At least one to two years of supervisory experience.

- Annual salary range of $90,000–$105,000+ for top performers.
