Automotive Service Advisor

In the service lane, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the repair process, managing technician schedules, and ensuring a smooth, customer‑centric experience. The role welcomes individuals with customer service, retail sales, or hospitality experience, even if new to the automotive industry.

• Oversee flow of the Drive Lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Assist customers in determining needed services based on vehicle maintenance concerns.
• Communicate completion times, estimates, and changes to customers.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience, performing additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries (phone, email, text, in person).
• Ensure daily technician time inventory is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work among technicians efficiently.
• Communicate parts, repair order details, costs, and warranties to customers, peers, and management.
• Schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
