Fabricator, 13 Week Contract, Night shift, Tranent

Responsibilities:

* Fabricating structural components used in pylon towers

* Carrying out clip shaping and manipulation of materials

* Working with angle irons and various RSS sizes

* Completing back cuts and extensive grinding as required

* Performing steel and aluminium cutting, welding, burning, and grinding

* Using hand tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively

* Completing fabrication tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Chargehand

* Ensuring work is carried out to high quality and safety standards

Requirements:

* Fabrication background with relevant workshop experience

* Experience working with hand tools, including angle grinders

* Ability to carry out grinding, cutting, and shaping of materials

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to required standards

* Candidates based in or able to commute to the East Coast area
