Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a small team of delivery drivers

* Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and weekly driver rotas

* Oversee warehouse stock levels, deliveries, and organisation

* Maintain stock control systems and monitor Excel spreadsheets

* Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

* Deliver stock to various shop locations when required

* Ensure all delivery vehicles and the warehouse are clean, organised, and well maintained
👤 Candidate Requirements:

* Must be 25 years or older (due to insurance requirements for company vans)

* Full, clean UK driving licence

* Previous driving experience

* Proven experience managing a team

* Experience in warehouse and logistics operations, including using stock management systems

* Must have own transport – depot is based in a rural East Lothian location

* Flexibility is essential – you must be willing to work weekends, long hours, and during school holidays, especially in the busy summer season (50+ hours/week is typical during peak months)
💰 The Package:

* £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary (based on experience)

* 40-hour week, with regular overtime available and paid during peak periods
