Night Driver – Clutter OperationsIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Night Driver to join our Clutter Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe operation of box trucks and the efficient transport of items between our local depots to ensure seamless logistics for our customers.
Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting‑edge technology.
Shift Information- Shift: Night shift (7:00 PM – 3:30 AM); schedule varies weekly based on business needs.
- Schedule:
Clutter operates 7 days a week, and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required. - Part‑time role - Target up to 3 days/week, 24–30 hours/week
- Job Site:
Night Drivers start and end their shift at the Clutter depot located at 1305 E Pescadero Ave, Tracy, California
- Drive and operate Clutter box trucks (up to 26 feet) between market locations to ensure timely delivery and transfer of inventory.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to safely load and unload heavy items using our proprietary smartphone application for real-time tracking.
- Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and organizational vehicle maintenance standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Experience & licensing:
At least 21 years of age with a valid standard driver’s license and the ability to pass a required physical exam. - 3+ years of commercial driving experience.
- Strong knowledge of local routes and experience with moving, warehouse operations, or general labor.
- Proven ability to manage data via smartphone software and perform physical tasks, including regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Compensation: $24.25/hour
- Overtime:
Overtime pay at 1.5x hourly pay, pending business needs. - Full health and dental benefits starting on the first day of employment.
