Reports to:

Warehouse Manager or Director of Operations.

Delivery Drivers make sure the correct materials are loaded onto the delivery vehicle and arrive at their destination on time and in good condition. Delivery Drivers are responsible to unload the materials to the correct area on the jobsite. If there is not a scheduled delivery, then drivers are expected to help support the warehouse. This could include assembly of the exterior and interior doors by the scheduled delivery date, forklift operations as needed, prepping all trim materials, shipping and receiving, inventory, and maintaining a clean shop area.

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Planning the most efficient path to the delivery destination.
• Delivering material on time; safely and in good condition.
• Maintaining communication with the warehouse.
• Performing basic vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
• Proper completion and assembling of exterior and interior doors.
• Prep all trim materials i.e. jamb legs ready for assembly.
• Receive all deliveries and make sure it is inventoried correctly.
• Pack material scheduled for delivery.
• Make every effort to provide a clean and professional door shop.
• Practice all safety precautions to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Always notify the Warehouse Supervisor or Human Resource Manager if any unsafe situation arises.
• Other duties as assigned in order to meet the goals and objectives of the Company.

• Must be able to bend and lift as much as 50 lbs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to use tools.
• Must be able to pack heavy materials and bend for strapping etc.
