Sales Manager

Overview

Quickvee is a premier Point of Sale (POS) and inventory management platform designed for high-volume, regulated retail sectors. We are currently seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales division.

You will not only be responsible for building and managing the sales team but also for closing key accounts and demonstrating success from the front lines. The ideal candidate is a hybrid professional: an aggressive closer who can drive revenue and a strategic operator capable of optimizing our CRM and training the next generation of sales talent.

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales.
• Leadership: Previous experience in a Team Lead or Management role is required. You must have experience hiring and training sales staff.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM software. You must be able to build workflows and dashboards.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the retail landscape is a strong plus.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform compelling product demonstrations remotely and in person.

• Base Pay: $32.00 per hour (Annualized equivalent of ~$66,560).
• Residual Override: You will earn a Recurring Override on the net residual revenue generated by your team’s active accounts. This builds a monthly passive income stream that grows as your team closes more deals.
• Note: Residuals are paid monthly for as long as you are employed with Quickvee and the merchant account remains active.
• Performance Bonuses: Discretionary quarterly bonuses awarded for achieving team revenue targets, hiring milestones, and operational excellence.

• Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
